Towel clip

A surgical towel clip is a small, hinged, stainless-steel instrument used to secure sterile surgical drapes and towels in place around the operative field. It typically has sharp, pointed or curved tips that penetrate the fabric to hold layers firmly without slipping, helping to maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure. Towel clips are also sometimes used to grasp skin or tubing gently during surgery. They are autoclavable, corrosion-resistant, and commonly supplied in matched pairs for operating room use.
